Terms & Conditions

1. Once enrollment is done, no refund will be given for any reason.
2. The monthly fee payment date starts from the enrollment date, with a 7-day grace period. If payment is missed even after the extended 7 days, a compulsory fine of ₹50 will be imposed.
3. Academy officials may contact you for fee payment reminders, feedback, or event-related discussions.
4. There is no change in schedule once a class timing is opted for.
5. There is no adjustment in fees if a student goes on vacation without prior notice. Note: fees remain applicable even if the student attends only some classes and remains absent for others.
6. Class uniform is mandatory for all students, including at the time of enrollment.
7. Participants must bear costume, ticket/pass and food costs during the Annual Day event or any other event.
8. Only selected students will represent the academy at competitions, external events and photo shoots. Selection is based on talent and confidence.
9. The Desi Beat Dance Academy holds no responsibility for the loss of personal belongings.
10. In case of damage to property inside the class or on the premises, charges will be applicable and must be paid by the student.
